Fish Meal Process

Fish meal is distinguished from other proteinous feeds by the higher content of high digestible proteins, with lowest histamine value of the International Standard. Raw fish is fed into cooker at 75 c .Further it is pressed by twin screw press. The oil and the water mixture separated goes into a centrifuge where fish oil is separated. The pressed cake from the screw press goes into a steam drier.

Every stage is strictly monitored to maintain the quality. The quality of fish meal is tested at laboratories and batches are segregated according to their specifications.
